ZONE XXI

University College of Engineering Villupuram, a constituent college of Anna University was started in the year 2008. The college offers five Under Graduate courses and a Post Graduate course in the fields of engineering and technology. The college is situated at Kakuppam, Villupuram town with an extent of 17.5 acres which includes excellent academic building, hostel, mess and canteen. The college is well equipped with smart lecture halls, spacious Conference Halls, necessary laboratories and advance equipments for research and academic activities. The Students from different parts of Tamil nadu with different background are selected on the basis of merit through TNEA, conducted by Anna University. UCEV is identified as a center for conducting TANCET examination and issuing application for TANCET, TANCA and TNEA. Dr.Rajamaniccam L.Sai, Anna University Chennai, was the First Special Officer to the University College of Engineering Villupuram from 2008 to 2010. Dr.R.Senthil, was the Dean i/c of University College of Engineering Villupuram from 2010 to 2019. At present Dr.S Arulchelvan, Anna University Chennai, is the Dean i/c of University College of Engineering Villupuram.

Zonal Office, Zone XXI, UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, VILLUPURAM of the Controller of Examinations, Anna University, Chennai starts functioning Since August 2015 for the smooth conduct of Anna University Examinations. Zone XXI consists of 18 Affiliated Colleges in the Villupuram and Cuddalore Districts.
