HOD’s Desk
In an era of increasing cyber threats, our Cyber Security specialization trains the next generation of students as experts in internet security experts. Under my leadership, the department emphasizes a proactive security mindset. We integrate current security case studies and industry regulations into the coursework. Faculty members with backgrounds in network security and forensics mentor students through simulated defence scenarios and Capture-The-Flag competitions. Our goal is to produce not just programmers, but security architects who understand the broader context of data protection and privacy. I encourage students to pursue internships with security labs and contribute to cybersecurity research initiatives. Together, we aim to build a safe digital future by developing highly skilled cybersecurity engineers.
